10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

• Damaged packaging
• Missing items
• Incorrect products
• Leaking or tampered goods

please notify Noor Agro India within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide supporting photographs where possible.

11. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because:

• The customer is unavailable,
• The delivery address is incorrect,
• Delivery is refused without valid reason,

additional shipping, storage, or re-delivery charges may apply.

12. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss generally transfer to the customer upon delivery of the products to the customer or the designated carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing or specified in the applicable sales contract.

13. Export Terms

For international commercial shipments, delivery obligations, transfer of risk, and responsibilities may be governed by the Incoterms® agreed between Noor Agro India and the buyer (such as FOB, CIF, CFR, or EXW). Where a written sales contract exists, its shipping terms will prevail over this policy.
