Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during periods of high order volume or unforeseen delays with customs or freight services, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer shipping across India using trusted logistics partners.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the order.

Free shipping is available on bulk orders above ₹50,000.

Skip the shipping by collecting your order from our warehouse:

Pickup available within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Please bring your order confirmation email for verification.

International Shipping

We export rice to the following countries:

Available Countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Singapore, USA, UK, Canada, and more.

Unavailable Countries: At this time, we do not ship to [insert countries if any].

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and quantity.

Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Noor Agro India is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.
